Returns / Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are valid only if items arrived damaged due to shipping process.

  • All items are sold as pictured or are handmade to order. Small differences and flaws are a part of the hand-painted, one-of-a-kind item you’ve purchased and add to it’s character.

  • If you require additional photos or information on the shade, please contact BEFORE purchase. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued due to lack of information or questions.

  • If items arrive damaged due to shipping, a return or exchange may be requested.

  • RETURN FOR REFUND: only valid if irrevocable damage has occurred during shipping. Photo evidence of damage is required for refund.

  • EXCHANGE: If you would like to request a new item in exchange due to damage, please allow 2-3 weeks of processing.
