Returns / Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are valid only if items arrived damaged due to shipping process.
All items are sold as pictured or are handmade to order. Small differences and flaws are a part of the hand-painted, one-of-a-kind item you’ve purchased and add to it’s character.
If you require additional photos or information on the shade, please contact BEFORE purchase. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued due to lack of information or questions.
If items arrive damaged due to shipping, a return or exchange may be requested.
RETURN FOR REFUND: only valid if irrevocable damage has occurred during shipping. Photo evidence of damage is required for refund.
EXCHANGE: If you would like to request a new item in exchange due to damage, please allow 2-3 weeks of processing.
